Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Noodle Catalyst Maker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, creating, and refining noodle catalysts to ensure they meet high standards of quality and effectiveness. Attention to detail and a passion for food science are essential as you will analyze data and make adjustments to formulations to improve performance.

Responsibilities

  • Create and test new catalyst designs based on culinary trends.
  • Collaborate with food scientists to improve taste and quality.
  • Perform quality assessments on existing catalysts to ensure efficacy.
  • Educate team members on safety and compliance standards.
  • Document changes to recipes and maintain records in LIMS.
  • Help coordinate training sessions for new team members.
  • Monitor and report the latest developments in noodle production technology.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Food Science or a related field is preferred
  • Additional certifications in food technology are advantageous
Experience
  • At least 3 years in catalyst or flavor development.
