Job Description

As an Industrial Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and safety of our employees. You will provide direct medical assistance, conduct health screenings, and implement safety programs tailored to the unique needs of the industrial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee health screenings, documenting findings and recommendations.
  • Respond swiftly to health-related incidents and coordinate follow-up care.
  • Monitor employee health trends and report to management.
  • Facilitate ergonomic assessments and promote injury prevention strategies.
  • Organize wellness initiatives and health fairs for employees.
  • Participate in creating a culture of health and safety within the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of health records.
  • Provide guidance on occupational health issues and regulations.
  • Assist in the development of emergency response plans.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing health programs and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in an industrial or occupational health setting.
