Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Work on continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
• Implement quality assurance practices to reduce defects.
• Collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders to improve material utilization.
• Prepare technical documentation for engineering processes.
• Analyze production layouts and recommend alterations for improved efficiency.
• Lead projects aimed at reducing operational costs while maintaining quality.
• Perform risk assessments for engineering projects.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports for management review.
• Participate in interdisciplinary project planning and development meetings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or a related role
