Responsibilities

• Design innovative architectural solutions and prepare conceptual sketches.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
• Evaluate the environmental impacts of designs and focus on sustainable practices.
• Perform site visits to gather data and document existing conditions.
• Consolidate feedback and manage revisions through project phases.
• Stay informed about architectural trends and uphold design standards.
• Ensure quality assurance throughout the phases of design and construction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in design and project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Revit
• Photoshop

Certifications

• NCARB Certification
• LEED Green Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent
