Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical and Electronics Drafter to support our equipment services team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in maintaining and repairing a variety of machinery, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed electrical schematics and documentation for equipment.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and techniques.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify technical issues accurately.
• Provide technical assistance to the team and internal departments.
• Assist in developing training materials for equipment usage.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss equipment performance improvements.
• Ensure that all work complies with local and federal regulations.
• Mentor junior staff and provide guidance as needed.
• Actively participate in safety training and initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry standards and technological advancements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate degree in electrical technology or related field preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in electrical drafting or maintenance

Technical Skills

• CAD Software proficiency
• Analytical skills

Certifications

• Electronics Technician Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Six Sigma: Lean Six Sigma certification for process improvement.
• Experience with hydraulic systems: Working knowledge of hydraulic systems and their repair.
