Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis and assist in strategic planning initiatives.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Work closely with accounting regarding revenue recognition and expense management.
• Develop dashboards and reports to track KPIs.
• Facilitate audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in financial services or related roles
