• Feed and offbear machine operations, ensuring proper alignment and feed rates.
• Conduct inspections on products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues independently.
• Collaborate with supervisors to optimize machine settings for efficiency.
• Contribute to team efforts in maintaining high safety standards.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new employees.
• Document daily production results and discrepancies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help maintain overall cleanliness and safety within the work area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Equipment maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
