Responsibilities

• Lead the development of innovative therapy programs tailored to address specific patient needs.
• Oversee evaluations and assessments of patients to determine appropriate treatments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Monitor regulatory compliance within the therapy department.
• Provide guidance and support to therapists in clinical decision-making.
• Track patient outcomes and refine therapy programs based on effectiveness.
• Engage in community outreach efforts to raise awareness of speech and hearing services.
• Facilitate workshops and seminars for professional development.
• Implement data-driven strategies for improving service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Doctorate degree preferred

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in speech and hearing therapy, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
