Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Dryer Feeder to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will ensure that materials are fed into the drying equipment efficiently and safely, maintaining a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely loading of materials into drying equipment.
• Conduct visual inspections of product quality.
• Assist in training new staff on operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Contribute to a positive team environment focused on safety and productivity.
• Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve workflow.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in industrial equipment operation preferred

Languages
