Job Description

As a Stage Director, you will lead the creative vision for our shows, collaborating with the cast and crew to transform scripts into stunning performances. Your role is pivotal in shaping the artistic direction and ensuring that every element aligns with the production goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of the production's artistic direction.
• Work closely with designers to realize the visual and auditory aspects of the show.
• Oversee casting and provide direction during auditions.
• Ensure that production standards are met and exceeded.
• Develop strategies for audience engagement and outreach.
• Coordinate with stage management to ensure smooth show operations.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all participants.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Theater Arts or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience directing live theater productions
