Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our New Orleans team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong record in driving sales performance and managing client relationships. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with our company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment and hiring of new sales staff as needed.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure sales.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure alignment.
  • Report weekly to upper management on sales performance and forecasts.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
