Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented Technical Writer who is passionate about creating clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation. In this role, you will be responsible for developing user manuals, online help systems, and FAQs to enable our clients to effectively use our products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain documentation sets for software products.
• Work closely with teams to gather requirements for creating customer-facing documentation.
• Utilize tools for documentation management and version control.
• Review and revise existing documents to improve quality and usability.
• Conduct usability testing of documentation to ensure user comprehension.
• Assist in the creation of training materials and presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing
