Job Description

As a Beater Tender, you'll play a pivotal role in our paper manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be operating and maintaining heavy-duty machinery that is essential for processing pulp and paper. You'll be involved in loading raw materials, monitoring machinery performance, and ensuring safety protocols are met. This role is critical to maintaining production quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee the beater machine during the pulp preparation process.
• Maintain accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with quality control staff to ensure product meets specifications.
• Deliver feedback for equipment upgrades and process improvements.
• Conduct safety checks and audits on equipment and work practices.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma; additional certifications in machine operation are a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience in the pulp or paper manufacturing industry is preferred.
