Job Description

As an Account Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind our client relationships, responsible for ensuring satisfaction and retention. You'll lead a team of account managers and coordinators, developing and executing client account strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee client account strategies, adjusting plans based on performance metrics.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their professional skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy with client objectives.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to inspire creative solutions for client campaigns.
  • Develop reports summarizing account activity and strategic recommendations.
  • Participate in new business development efforts and lead pitch meetings.
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of all project deliverables.
  • Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets and billing for client accounts.
  • Foster strong client relationships through exceptional service and support.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with clients to assess progress and strategize.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or relevant marketing
