Job Description

As a Felt Strip Finisher, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process. Your responsibilities include inspecting, trimming, and shaping felt strips while ensuring they meet high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and possesses manual dexterity for handling various tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filling machines to ensure optimal operation.
• Measure and fill products per quality specifications.
• Ensure machine cleanliness and perform preventative maintenance.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on filled products.
• Document production data and report discrepancies.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operations.
• Work with engineers to implement process improvements.
• Maintain compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Analyze machine performance and report on efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and maintaining filling machinery in a manufacturing environment.
