Job Description

We're looking for passionate individuals to fill the role of Paint Pourer. This position involves mixing paints and filling containers for orders, a key activity in delivering quality products to our art-loving clients.

Responsibilities

• Accurately mix and pour paint for customer orders, adhering to formulas.
• Label containers with necessary information to avoid mix-ups.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks to meet shipping schedules.
• Keep production areas clean and free of hazards.
• Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
• Collaborate with artists and designers on special projects.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure paint consistency and color accuracy.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in paint mixing or production roles is a plus

Experience

• Previous manufacturing experience is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

• Good hand-eye coordination
• Basic math skills

Soft Skills

• Team player mentality
• Flexibility and willingness to learn

Languages

• English: Fluent
