Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of instruments to identify issues.
Provide cost estimates to clients for repairs needed.
Ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and organized.
Assist in training apprentices in instrument repair techniques.
Engage with the local music community to promote our services.
Requirements
Education
Associate's degree in Music Technology or related field
Bachelor's degree in Music or Engineering is a plus
Experience
3-5 years of experience in musical instrument repair
Technical Skills
Ability to use hand tools
Experience with digital tuning systems

Communication skills
Customer service orientation
Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
