As a Condenser Setter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and performance of our condenser machines. Responsibilities

• Set up condenser machines for production runs and adjust settings as required.
• Monitor machine outputs and identify areas for optimization.
• Troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure consistent production flow.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Follow safety and quality standards throughout operations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine machine processes.
• Document maintenance work and issues for future reference.
• Manage spare parts inventory effectively and timely.
• Provide mentorship to newer staff regarding equipment handling.
• Engage in ongoing skills training to keep updated with industry standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in HVAC or mechanical engineering is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with condensers in manufacturing environments.

Languages
