As a Shoe Machine Operator and Tender, you will play a critical role in the production process, specializing in closing garment linings with precision. Responsibilities

• Manage the operation of sewing machines for garment linings.
• Verify the quality of closures and report any defects.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure deadlines are met.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, promoting a safe workspace.
• Adjust machine settings based on fabric requirements.
• Conduct routine checks on machine functionality.
• Participate in team efforts to enhance production efficiency.
• Maintain records of production output and issues.
• Assist in training new staff on sewing techniques.
• Collaborate on troubleshooting any challenges encountered during production.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional training in textiles or fashion design is a plus

Experience

• Experience in luxury or high-end fashion production is preferred
