Job Responsibilities
  • Direct and oversee fleet operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Analyze fleet operation metrics for performance improvement.
  • Coordinate with other departments for logistics and shipping needs.
  • Ensure vehicles are compliant with safety inspections.
  • Manage driver qualifications and training programs.
  • Prepare and manage operational budgets for the fleet.
  • Lead initiatives to improve fleet sustainability.
  • Seek feedback from drivers to enhance operational practices.
  • Cultivate a culture of safety and accountability within the fleet team.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Fleet Management Software Proficient in using fleet management systems such as Fleetio and Fleet Complete.
  • Data Analysis Skilled in analyzing fleet data for operational improvements.
  • Regulatory Compliance In-depth knowledge of transportation laws and regulations.
  • Leadership Strong leadership capabilities to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Problem-solving Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Certified Automotive Fleet Manager (CAFM)
  • Certified Transportation Professional (CTP)
  • English (Fluent)
