Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee fleet operations to ensure efficiency.
• Analyze fleet operation metrics for performance improvement.
• Coordinate with other departments for logistics and shipping needs.
• Ensure vehicles are compliant with safety inspections.
• Manage driver qualifications and training programs.
• Prepare and manage operational budgets for the fleet.
• Lead initiatives to improve fleet sustainability.
• Seek feedback from drivers to enhance operational practices.
• Cultivate a culture of safety and accountability within the fleet team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration
• Certification in Fleet Management is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years managing a fleet of vehicles
