Job Description

As a Paper Goods Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will play a crucial role in our production line. Your responsibilities will involve setting up machinery, monitoring production processes, and ensuring product quality. Ideal candidates will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust paper production machinery to meet specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and output quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues that may arise during production.
• Inspect finished products for adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain accurate production logs and reports.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Train new operators on machinery setup and operation.
• Adjust machine settings for different product specifications.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in machine operation preferred

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in machine operation, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
