Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist to drive improvements in workplace strategies. This role focuses on research and analysis of organizational practices, helping to foster a healthy and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of existing organizational practices.
  • Research and implement initiatives to enhance workplace diversity and inclusion.
  • Coordinate with HR to design talent management strategies.
  • Assist in crisis management and workplace conflict resolution.
  • Draft policy recommendations based on empirical research findings.
  • Support the implementation of performance management systems.
  • Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of psychological research.
  • Provide advisory support in organizational change efforts.
  • Utilize evidence-based approaches to drive policy recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Organizational Behavior or related discipline
  • PhD in Psychology is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in policy analysis or applied psychology
