Responsibilities
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of existing organizational practices.
Research and implement initiatives to enhance workplace diversity and inclusion.
Coordinate with HR to design talent management strategies.
Assist in crisis management and workplace conflict resolution.
Draft policy recommendations based on empirical research findings.
Support the implementation of performance management systems.

Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Organizational Behavior or related discipline
PhD in Psychology is a plus
