As a Drilling and Boring Machine Tool Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling machines. Precision and attention to detail are crucial to ensure the quality of our metal and plastic products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate radial drill press machines according to specifications.
• Perform tool changes and adjustments for optimal machine functionality.
• Select appropriate cutting tools and feeds for various tasks.
• Conduct inspections and measurements using calipers and micrometers.
• Implement safety measures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Work with team members to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
• Record machine performance and production data as required.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss productivity improvements.
• Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
