Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Shear Helper to join our dynamic production team. The Shear Helper will assist with the shearing process of various materials, ensuring safety and efficiency while performing quality checks on finished products.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain shearing equipment effectively.
• Monitor production processes for quality assurance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency.
• Assist in training new employees on shearing processes.
• Participate in regular safety audits and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in textile materials and lean manufacturing is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Experience with inventory management systems
• Mechanical aptitude

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
