Job Description

As an Educational Technician, you'll play a vital role in supporting educational programs and assisting teachers in various tasks to ensure a smooth educational environment. Ideal candidates are organized, have strong communication skills, and a passion for education.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to develop engaging lesson plans.
• Assist in integrating educational technology in lesson delivery.
• Support student assessments and evaluations.
• Oversee the use of audio-visual equipment in classrooms.
• Help maintain a clean and organized classroom setting.
• Facilitate small group activities and tutoring sessions.
• Document and report on student behavior and progress.
• Work closely with special education teams to assist students with diverse needs.
• Assist in the training of new staff on educational tools and processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field (preferred)

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in an educational support role
