Job Description

We are seeking skilled Welders, Cutters, Solderers, and Brazers to contribute to our dynamic team. You'll be working with advanced tools and equipment to fabricate high-quality metal parts that meet precise specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust welding machines for various metal types.
• Ensure that all completed work adheres to quality and safety standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot any technical issues with welding equipment.
• Assist in training new staff on welding and cutting procedures.
• Maintain proper inventory of materials used in fabrication.
• Foster a collaborative work environment by communicating openly with team members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of welding training program preferable
• Additional certification in specialized welding techniques is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding and fabrication

Technical Skills

• MIG Welding
• TIG Welding

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Time Management

Certifications

• AWS Certified Welder
• Forklift Operation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Quality Control Standards: Understanding of industry standards in welding quality and safety.
• Experience in a heavy manufacturing environment: Background in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
