Job Description

As a Tax Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing client tax compliance and advisory needs. You will work closely with clients to prepare and review tax returns, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide strategic tax planning services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of tax laws and be committed to delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax compliance engagements for various client entities.
• Advise on tax implications of business decisions and transactions.
• Compile and review financial data for tax return preparation.
• Support clients during IRS audits by gathering relevant documentation.
• Prepare tax-related reports and presentations for clients.
• Stay up-to-date with tax software and technology advancements.
• Assist clients with retirement planning from a tax perspective.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Master's degree in Taxation is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in tax consultancy
