Responsibilities

• Develop fashion sketches and detailed specifications for garments.
• Liaise with manufacturers to ensure designs are produced to specifications.
• Assess and analyze competitive fashion movements within the industry.
• Participate in fashion shows and promotional events representing the brand.
• Mentor junior designers and interns for professional growth.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to optimize product selections.
• Develop seasonal themes that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
• Provide ongoing support to the marketing team in campaigns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design
• Additional certifications in fashion design preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of fashion design experience with a portfolio
