Job Description

As a Debeader, you will be responsible for removing beads from tire casings using specialized equipment. This role requires strong physical stamina and a keen attention to detail to ensure quality production.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate debeading machines for production runs.
• Monitor the output of tire casings and identify any defects.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to uphold product standards.
• Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance production processes.
• Train and mentor junior team members in machine operation and safety.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in machinery operation is preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in tire manufacturing or related production roles

Technical Skills

• Machine maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Prior experience in tire manufacturing: Background experience in tire manufacturing processes and techniques.
