In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, providing tax planning advice, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals through effective tax strategies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' financial situations to recommend tax optimization.
• Prepare detailed reports of findings and present them to clients.
• Work with accounting software to enhance reporting accuracy.
• Conduct seminars or workshops on tax-related topics for clients.
• Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of evolving tax policies and regulations.
• Connect clients with additional financial services offered by the firm.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• Tax-related certifications are a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in taxation or accounting

• Advanced Excel

Certifications

• Taxation Certification from AICPA or similar
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA)
