Job Description

As a Bus Driver for Transit Solutions Ltd., you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers on designated routes while ensuring a pleasant ride. A successful candidate will possess excellent driving skills, a strong commitment to safety, and outstanding customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Transport passengers safely and efficiently throughout the transit area.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus.
• Ensure adherence to timetables and manage delays proactively.
• Assist passengers with special needs when necessary.
• Participate in training and safety meetings regularly.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in public transportation

Technical Skills

• CDL with Passenger Endorsement
• GPS Navigation Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Passenger Transport Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual in Spanish: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Work experience in customer service: Prior customer-facing roles are advantageous.
