Job Description

We are searching for an Industrial Engineer with a passion for optimizing production processes and reducing waste. In this role, you will analyze operations and devise strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and recommend manufacturing equipment and technology.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new projects or processes.
• Implement data-driven techniques for continuous improvement.
• Maintain thorough documentation of processes and changes.
• Act as a liaison between management and production teams.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with production processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing settings

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
