Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Retail Salespersons to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert knowledge on our unique collectibles, developing customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth buying process. Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with collectors and potential customers in the stamps and coins community.
• Promote and sell rare collectibles to collectors and enthusiasts through various channels.
• Assess customer needs and provide expert advice on the authenticity and value of products.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales, ensuring satisfaction while maximizing company revenue.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously optimize the sales process.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in the collectibles market.
