The ideal candidate will provide essential counseling services to individuals grappling with substance abuse and mental health disorders. You will assess, diagnose, and create personalized treatment plans that facilitate recovery.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document clients' mental health and substance use history.
• Create and implement treatment strategies that involve family support.
• Conduct follow-up assessments to ensure treatment efficacy.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Advocate for clients’ needs and support their recovery journey.
• Provide resources and referrals to community support services.
• Develop workshops and group activities to promote community engagement.
