As a Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will play a crucial role in our production line, operating and maintaining various cutting machines to ensure the seamless production of high-quality sweatbands. Your expertise in monitoring the production process and conducting quality checks will be vital in maintaining our standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate sweatband cutting machines and manage production schedules effectively.
• Conduct quality checks on materials and finished goods.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
• Address and resolve any equipment issues promptly.
• Document production output and any anomalies for review.
• Follow all safety guidelines and participate in safety training sessions.
• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.
• Report any need for machine repairs or downtime to the supervisor.
