Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Shoe Machine Operator to join our team. The operator will be responsible for efficiently and accurately operating staples and equipment to secure shanks onto products within our manufacturing facility. Attention to detail and quality assurance are vital.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate and control stapling equipment to secure shoe components.
• Conduct regular inspections of stapling operations for consistent quality output.
• Make adjustments to settings based on specific job requirements.
• Adhere to production schedules and timelines for product delivery.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows.
• Record production data and assist in generating performance reports.
• Communicate with quality control personnel to align on standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in the textile or shoe manufacturing industry preferred.

Technical Skills
