Interior Designer

Job Description

We are seeking an imaginative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our vibrant team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a deep understanding of design principles. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing design projects from initial consultation to final implementation, ensuring successful project delivery while meeting client expectations and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.
• Prepare detailed plans and drawings for renovations and new constructions.
• Choose color palettes, materials, and products that enhance the project's desired aesthetics.
• Coordinate procurement of furniture and materials needed for projects.
• Ensure effective communication with clients and team members throughout project lifecycle.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and adjust designs based on feedback.
• Participate in design development meetings and client presentations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• NCIDQ certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in interior design

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• SketchUp
• Adobe Creative Suite

Certifications

• LEED accreditation is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
