As a Towel Stretcher, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our towels are stretched and folded accurately, meeting high standards of quality and presentation. Responsibilities

• Stretch towels effectively, ensuring they conform to quality standards.
• Examine towels for damages and ensure they are defect-free.
• Keep the work area clean and comply with organizational policies.
• Follow safety protocols to minimize workplace hazards.
• Achieve and exceed daily production goals set by management.
• Work cohesively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct thorough checks on towels to guarantee quality.
• Report mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel.
• Help train and mentor new staff to uphold company standards.
• Engage actively in team discussions to implement operational improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in textile manufacturing are a plus

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing role, particularly in towel production, is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills

• Good hand-eye coordination
