Job Description
As a Court Deputy, you will play a crucial role in supporting judges and ensuring efficient court operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities
Manage and process court documents, including filing and photocopying.
Explain legal procedures to litigants and other individuals involved.
Answer inquiries from the public regarding court matters.
Enter case data into electronic databases and update as necessary.
Assist judges and legal staff with trial preparations.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Law or related field
Experience
At least 2 years of working as a Court Deputy or similar role
