Job Description

As a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Tool Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality metal parts. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will be essential in ensuring that our production meets the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate CNC machines according to job requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of machined parts with precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues as they arise.
• Implement best practices for efficiency and waste reduction.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work with supervisors to ensure production goals are met.
• Keep work area clean and organized.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or apprenticeship in CNC machining is a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience operating CNC machines
