Job Description

Join our skilled team as a Metal Worker where you will handle a variety of metalworking tasks. Ideal candidates will have experience with welding, shaping, and finishing metal parts, with a focus on precision and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize hand and power tools to shape and finish materials.
  • Work closely with engineers to develop new fabrication methods.
  • Train and mentor new staff on equipment operation and safety protocols.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards for manufacturing practices.
  • Document processes and outcomes for quality assurance.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's degree in manufacturing technology preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
