As a Teller at Bank of Innovation, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our customers. You will be responsible for handling deposits, withdrawals, and various transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your strong communication skills will be vital as you assist customers in resolving inquiries and providing information about bank products and services. Responsibilities

• Receive and verify customer cash deposits and check endorsements.
• Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve banking issues.
• Educate customers on digital banking services.
• Work closely with the branch team to achieve monthly goals.
• Support marketing initiatives by promoting bank services.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred

Technical Skills

• Point of Sale systems
• Banking regulations knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of retail banking products: Understanding various banking products and services offered.
• Prior banking experience: Previous roles in banking or financial services are preferred.
