Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator and Tender, you'll play a crucial role in our production line, ensuring the efficient operation of shoe-making machines. We're looking for individuals who are detail-oriented and have a knack for problem-solving to maintain high-quality standards in our products.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor various shoe-making machines.
• Perform maintenance checks and report any malfunctions.

• Adhere to quality control standards throughout the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate closely with team members to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Provide machine training to fellow operators when necessary.

• Manage the cleanup of work areas post-production.
• Assist in adjusting machine settings for different shoe designs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical degree in manufacturing or machinery is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or textile environment

Languages

• English: Fluent
