Learning Disabilities Special Education Teacher

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Learning Disabilities Special Education Teacher to provide specialized instruction and support to our students with unique needs. You'll develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that help our students thrive both academically and socially.

Responsibilities

• Monitor student progress towards IEP goals and adjust instructional techniques accordingly.
• Develop strong partnerships with students' families for ongoing support.
• Create a positive classroom atmosphere that fosters learning and student participation.
• Provide guidance and support to students to enhance their self-esteem and confidence.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design innovative interventions.
• Implement evidence-based instructional interventions tailored to individual student needs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or a related field
• Master's Degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Special Education Teacher
