• Perform regular inspections and servicing of navigational aids.
• Conduct repairs on damaged equipment and aids to navigation.
• Assist in the deployment and retrieval of buoys.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on vessels.
• Document any equipment issues and report them to the Operations Manager.
• Adhere to safety regulations and practices at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members for efficient operation.
• Utilize specialized tools for maintenance and repair work.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Marine Navigation Equipment Knowledge of marine navigation equipment and their maintenance.
• Boat Operation Proficient in operating boats and related marine equipment safely.
• Communication Skills Excellent verbal communication skills for teamwork and reporting.
• Problem-Solving Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Valid Boating Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with GPS Systems: Knowledge of GPS systems and their operation in marine navigation.
• Knowledge of Safety Protocols: Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices in marine environments.
