Aviation Inspector

Job Description

Join us as an Aviation Inspector, where you will ensure that flight operations are conducted safely and in accordance with all applicable regulations. Your expertise will help guide improvements in the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and audits of flight activities to ensure adherence to safety and compliance requirements.
• Review schematics for flight operations and assess the safety management systems in place.
• Analyze data from flight simulations to evaluate pilot performance.
• Research and implement best practices in aviation safety.
• Lead investigations into compliance violations with comprehensive reporting.
• Work closely with safety teams to develop action plans for identified risks.
• Provide guidance to flight operations on regulatory updates and changes.
• Assist in designing and conducting safety training for personnel.
• Document findings from inspections and follow up on corrective actions taken.
• Engage with regulatory agencies as necessary to facilitate compliance inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or similar field
• Certifications in aviation safety management are highly desirable.

Experience

• Five or more years in a related role, preferably within a regulatory compliance environment.
