Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to oversee the daily operations of our district plant. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with industry regulations while enhancing plant efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations to ensure operational safety and compliance.
• Evaluate equipment and systems for efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies for compliance audits.
• Train and mentor staff on safety and operational procedures.
• Prepare maintenance schedules and oversee execution.
• Analyze data to propose actionable improvements.
• Interface with procurement to ensure timely availability of parts.
• Participate in budgeting and resource allocation for projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
