Job Description

As a Programs Technician, you will be a vital part of our IT department. You will support our software and systems, collaborating with various teams to maintain and update existing programs, as well as troubleshooting issues and developing new programs tailored to our organizational needs.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and manage updates for existing software programs.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with software applications.
• Develop new software tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify optimization opportunities.
• Create comprehensive documentation for all software changes.
• Maintain updated knowledge of existing and emerging software technologies.
• Deliver training and software usage support to team members.
• Adhere to compliance standards related to data privacy.
• Participate in the estimation of project costs and timelines.
• Explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders when necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar
• Certification in relevant fields will be beneficial

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in IT support or software development
