Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled Metal Workers and Plastic Workers to join our manufacturing team in New York City. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling parts, and ensuring that production targets are met while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machinery for optimal performance.
• Inspect materials for defects before production.
• Ensure materials are stored and handled properly.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any machinery malfunctions to supervisors.
• Work with the quality control team to address issues.
• Contribute ideas for enhancing production efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

• Operating Machinery

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift Certification: Valid forklift operator's certification is a plus.
