Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Die Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing dies used in production, ensuring efficiency and quality in our operations.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on dies.
Repair and modify dies as needed to improve performance.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure die efficiency.
Keep detailed logs of die repairs and maintenance activities.
Assist in developing and improving maintenance protocols.
Train apprentices and junior technicians on die maintenance.
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Technical degree in Engineering or related field is a plus
Experience
4+ years of experience in die maintenance and repair

CAD software

Analytical skills
Effective communication
Languages
English: Fluent
Advantageous
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems: Hands-on experience with hydraulic and pneumatic operations.
